The Chesapeake Circuit Court gave Trevor Weidner a total of 2 ½ years to serve, with an additional 17 ½ years suspended for indeterminate probation, and ordered him to pay $36,588 restitution to his victims. Robert Allen received a total of 1 year to serve in Chesapeake, with an additional 9 years suspended for indeterminate probation. Allen was ordered to pay his victims in Chesapeake $29,638 restitution.
Weidner was convicted of three felony larceny charges in Newport News Circuit Court. He was sentenced on June 11, 2013 to 20 years with 17 years suspended for 99 years of supervised probation. The court ordered payment of $9,800 restitution to Trees-R-Us tree service company.
Allen was convicted of two felony larceny charges in Newport News Circuit Court. He was sentenced on July 10, 2013 to 15 years with 14 years 1 month suspended. The court ordered him to pay Trees-R-Us tree service company $9,800 restitution.
Virginia offenders must serve 85% of felony time before they are eligible to get the remaining time off for good behavior.
